Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living area with a Smart TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and counter seating. Just off the dining area, a private deck offers outdoor seating and a grill for enjoying meals outside. Upstairs, you’ll find additional counter space, a sink, under counter refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it easy to keep drinks and snacks close by while you relax. The highlight of the home is the rooftop deck, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze, soak up the sunshine, and end the day with beautiful bay and sunset views. Sleeping arrangements include 3 queen beds, a bunk bed with 1 queen and 1 twin, and a sleeper sofa. The beach and public dock are nearby, along with downtown Avalon’s shops, restaurants, and local favorites. Two parking spaces and 6 beach tags are also included for guest use during your stay. Whether you’re planning beach days, evenings out in Avalon, or time relaxing at home, The Rooftop Retreat is a welcoming place to enjoy your Jersey Shore getaway. This home is pet friendly.
