This private space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private balcony furnished for your relaxation. You will also have full access to two bathrooms and a dedicated laundry area within the unit. In addition, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool facilities within the complex, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Street Parking is available for your convenience. Getting around Cairns North during your stay is convenient and stress-free. For guests arriving by air, Cairns Airport is approximately a ten-minute drive from the apartment. If you prefer public transport, local bus stops within walking distance connect you to the wider city area and major tourist hubs. If you’re travelling by car, free street parking is available on Lilly Street. Please be considerate of our neighbours and respectful when using shared areas. • Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. • Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Visitors require prior approval. • Swimming pools and other shared facilities are managed by the complex and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances outside our control. • Scheduled pool, garden or property maintenance may occasionally take place during your stay. 🧺 Mid-Stay Cleans Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property and ensure your continued comfort.
