This unique property combines rustic charm with modern comforts, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. With its warm timber accents, spacious interiors, and inviting outdoor spaces, this home offers a truly special experience.
The master bedroom in the main house features a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, and a luxurious corner spa. The open-plan living and dining area is designed for relaxation, with a large smart TV and a cozy bay window creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully self-contained kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals and includes a charming breakfast area for enjoying your morning coffee.
Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, making it an ideal space for families or groups. Adjacent to this bedroom is the games room, a fantastic retreat for both kids and adults. The games room is equipped with an air hockey table that can flip a pool table, a TV, a Wii game station, and arcade game, a selection of books, and children’s toys. To ensure year-round comfort, this area also has reverse cycle air conditioning.
The separate rear building contains two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have ample storage space, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The shared bathroom includes a shower and a separate toilet area, making it a practical and functional space for families or larger groups.
A full laundry is available for guest use, complete with a washer, dryer, and laundry sink. The laundry has convenient access from both the undercover patio area and the carport, making it easy to manage washing during your stay.
The outdoor areas of Timber Tides Retreat provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. An undercover patio offers an outdoor dining area, perfect for alfresco meals, while a second outdoor table and chairs are set amongst the trees, creating a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh air. At the front of the property, there is undercover parking that can accommodate two cars, along with a U-shaped driveway that makes coming and going easy, especially if you’re towing. Throughout the home, stunning wood features add to its character, with wainscoting, carved wooden shutters on the windows, and beautifully detailed timber ceilings enhancing the warmth and charm of the space.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
