Welcome to Peppy Beach House, a light-filled, fully self-contained holiday retreat perched on the hill in peaceful Peppermint Grove Beach, South West WA. Just a short stroll to the beach this spacious two-storey home is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, amazing views, and a relaxed coastal escape.
Peppy Beach House comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 well-appointed bedrooms.
The master suite features a king-sized bed. In addition, there are two queen bedrooms, one with access to the upstairs balcony, and a twin room to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep for all. The King and Queen bedrooms each have breathtaking views of Geographe Bay all the way to Cape Naturaliste lighthouse.
Spacious Downstairs Living - Relax in the comfortable loungeroom, perfect for putting your feet up and unwinding after a day spent sightseeing or having fun at the beach. Experience the warmth of the woodfire heater on cool evenings or the cool central air-conditioning on warm summer days.

In addition, Peppy Beach House has a fully enclosed back yard.
Study - Peppy Beach House has a separate study/playroom with a small couch and desk. A quiet retreat or an extra space for games and hanging out.

Parking: Guests parking for 4 cars only. Two cars at the top of the driveway and two in front of the lower garage.

The stepped-walk to The Lookout is situated less than 100m away and it’s an easy stroll to Peppy Grove Beach Holiday Park which has a small convenience shop, bottle shop and offers meals and live music on the weekend (seasonally).
Peppy Beach House is also perfectly located for any daytrips and sightseeing adventures across the beautiful South West.

Please note our property is located within a residential area and we require respect to be shown to our lovely neighbours. This is not a party house, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm. No outside noise after 10pm.
