The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master suite is a serene haven with a queen-sized bed, private ensuite, and views across the property to the dam. Bedroom two includes a queen-sized bed and overlooks the expansive grounds, while bedroom three is equipped with two long single beds—perfect for additional guests.
At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area invites you to unwind. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite benches, merbau cupboards a large stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine and all the essentials. Stay entertained with the large screen Smart TV, or cosy up by the fireplace during cooler evenings. The home also includes air conditioning, a laundry with washer and dryer, Free Starlink WiFi, and a workspace.
Step outside and soak in the rural charm. . A winter creek flows gently into the property’s unfenced dam, providing a peaceful outlook and habitat for native birds and wildlife.
The property is bike friendly with a designated bike wash and bike park area. There are many gravel rides accessible from the front gate including the Munda Biddi Trail only 5km away.
Enjoy alfresco meals on the deck, relax on the patio, or refresh with the outdoor shower. There’s also parking for two vehicles, and one well-behaved pet is welcome, as the property is fully fenced. Please be aware there may be friendly goats also enjoying a vacation in the goat fenced area to the rear of the property. If this is the case, dogs must remain managed and well behaved.
Chalwell Lodge is ideally located less than 10 minutes from the charming township of Nannup and just a stone’s throw from world-renowned mountain bike trails—making it perfect for both adventurers and those seeking rest and rejuvenation.

Please Note: The dam on the property is unfenced. Guests with children must ensure children are supervised at all times around the dam and accept full responsibility when booking. This is a rural location, so all due care is required in respect to local flora and fauna, particularly the possibility of falling tree limbs, toxic funghi and local reptiles, which may be present on the property.
1080 Bait Warning: Due to the property’s proximity to State Forest, dog owners should be aware of the potential presence of 1080 poison bait in surrounding areas. Please take appropriate precautions to ensure your pet’s safety, and keep them within the fenced area.

· $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
