You arrive on a quiet Lawrenceville street, just far enough from the buzz to feel calm—but close enough that the energy of Butler Street is always within reach. Inside, the space opens into a clean, modern retreat where everything feels intentional, comfortable, and easy.
Mornings here start slowly. You’ll brew fresh Commonplace Roasters coffee, the rich aroma filling the kitchen as natural light filters in. Settle into the living space with your cup, or ease into the day from the comfort of your king bed, wrapped in soft linens that make it hard to rush anywhere.
The layout is simple but elevated. About 800 square feet of thoughtfully designed space gives you room to spread out without ever feeling lost in it. The living area invites you to unwind—whether that means streaming something familiar on the 55” Smart TV or just enjoying the quiet after a day out in the city.
When it’s time to rest, the bedroom becomes your reset button. You’ll sink into a plush king bed, the kind that encourages long, uninterrupted sleep. A second Smart TV gives you the option to wind down your way, while the overall calm of the space makes it easy to fully disconnect.
The kitchen is ready when you are. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just putting together something simple, you’ll find everything you need—quality cookware, sharp knives, and all the small details that make staying in feel just as good as going out.
And when you do head out, you’re exactly where you want to be. A short walk brings you to Butler Street, where coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife create one of Pittsburgh’s most vibrant neighborhoods. When the night winds down, you’re only a quick ride from the stadiums or back home to your own quiet corner of the city.
If you’re working remotely, high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everything running smoothly, while the calm atmosphere makes it easy to focus between outings. For longer stays, the in-unit washer and dryer add that extra layer of convenience that turns a visit into something that feels like living.
Save your dates before they’re gone.
Whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway, a work trip, or a longer stay to experience the neighborhood like a local, this space adapts effortlessly to your rhythm.
Book now and settle into your Lawrenceville stay.

Property Manager offers 24/7 virtual concierge service to support you with check-in, answer questions, and assist you with your needs. We also maintain a dedicated team of local staff, available for any in-person assistance you may require. Please note, we believe in transparent communication so guests know exactly what to expect during their stay. Our in-person team is available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) to assist with any issues. However, while we aim to address all concerns as quickly as possible, same-day assistance depends on when we are contacted and team member availability. For example, if a message is received late in the evening (such as 6:30 PM MST), we may not have a team member available to visit the property that night. In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.
Filtered Water
We provide a refrigerator for your use, but we do not stock filtered water. This is because most standard refrigerator or pitcher filters do not effectively purify the water—they primarily improve taste and odor without removing many contaminants. In our own home, we use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration, which provides a much higher level of water purity. RO systems remove a wide range of impurities, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and other dissolved solids that basic filters can’t. When we travel, we personally purchase reverse osmosis water from the store to ensure we’re drinking the cleanest water possible. If high-quality filtered water is important to you, we recommend picking up a few gallons of RO water nearby during your stay.
