Tarpon Beach 206 is a beautiful gulf front condo with outstanding views and is in great condition featuring recent renovations from 2018. This corner unit boast privacy as well as updated kitchen finishes and stainless appliances, granite countertops, new fixtures, and lovely updated coastal decor with exceptional Gulf views to match! Tarpon Beach amenities include a large pool with a handicapped pool lift, tennis court, beach walk-over, shell-cleaning table and outside shower. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Full beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, community tennis & pickle ball courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
