Nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside, this cosy 2-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful Tuscan escape within a traditional farmhouse setting. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a rustic interior with terracotta floors and wooden beams. The living space features a kitchen with a dining table and chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and electric kettle. The sleeping area is slightly separated, accessed via four steps, offering a cosy and private feel. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. Outside, a shared garden and swimming pool are equipped for relaxation and leisure. The swimming pool is fenced and has a sunbathing area. The farmhouse offers a shared barbecue area, a large veranda equipped with sofas and board games, and a reading corner. In the village, there is a shop selling local products and a restaurant where you can book breakfast and enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine. For shopping, the Il Leccio outlet is about 1 hour and 10 minutes away, while tennis courts (10 minutes) and a golf course in San Miniato (30 minutes) provide active leisure options.
