It’s the perfect backdrop for savoring quiet mornings with coffee and evenings painted with unforgettable Hill Country sunsets. Inside the Bunkhouse, you’ll find versatile accommodations designed for both comfort and style. The lower level features a spacious bunk area with two queen beds and three built-in singles above, while the cozy loft offers an additional queen bed. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen and a large spa-inspired bathroom complete this welcoming space. Stroll across the Skywalk to the expansive Playhouse, a stunning open-concept haven with plush lounge seating, a dining area for shared meals, and a 70-inch TV with surround sound—perfect for indulgent movie nights indoors. For added indulgence, unwind in the optional hot tub under the stars, heated to 104° for a truly luxurious evening soak. Beyond the patio, endless acres invite exploration. Enjoy mountain biking trails, a five-hole disc golf course, horseshoes, and cornhole, or simply wander the serene countryside. Just minutes away, the charming town of Blanco awaits with antique shops, breweries, restaurants, and Blanco State Park for swimming and fishing. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning.
