Welcome to the Casa Magnolia from Property Manager. Escape to this serene 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home tucked away on a private, gated 5-acre property just outside Austin. Surrounded by open land and big Texas skies, this spacious getaway offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and fun.
Inside, you’ll find a large living room with a Smart TV and comfortable seating — ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook and gather, including a high end air fryer, oven, stove, dishwasher, two refrigerators, a Nespresso and espresso machine, and plenty of counter space. For even more entertainment, the separate game room is a hit with guests of all ages — complete with board games and a foosball table.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed
- Second Bedroom: Two twin beds
- Third Bedroom: Queen bed
- Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping
Bathroom includes a jetted tub for relaxing.

- One small to mid size dog is allowed with pet fee. No cats.
