【Garbage Disposal】
Please do not dispose of garbage from your stay in nearby areas. If garbage accumulates, especially during long stays, please contact us directly.
The neighboring house is a private residence.
Please pay particular attention to the following points:
● Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area on the balcony.
● Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the ashtray to prevent fire hazards.
● Loud activities such as parties are strictly prohibited in the room.
● Please remove your shoes upon entering the apartment.
● Smoking indoors or in front of the entrance is strictly prohibited.
● We do not accept disposal of suitcases. If suitcases are left behind, a disposal fee of 10,000 yen per suitcase will be charged.
Additionally, a penalty of 50,000 yen each will be charged for lost keys or Wi-Fi devices. Any damage to items in the apartment will incur charges equal to the cost of a new replacement.
