This home sleeps 16 people comfortably in beds, and every single bedroom has an en suite bathroom — no sharing required! Floor Plan Description (by level): Ground Level: This home provides parking for up to 4 vehicles. In the garage, you’ll find bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler provided for your use, a full-size refrigerator and freezer for additional storage and convenience, and a ping pong table. The garage opens to both the backyard pool area and the home’s foyer, which features sliding doors to the pool area and the main staircase to the levels above. The backyard is fully fenced and features a heated pool with sun shelf and heated spa, covered patio with soft seating, dining, and a mounted TV, sun loungers, a propane grill, corn hole, and a poolside basketball hoop. An outdoor shower on the side of the home is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The First Level of Living (2nd Floor): The home’s great room is on this level with the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living space. The kitchen features an island with seating for 5, and the dining area offers a table with seating for 8 — plenty of room for the whole group to gather. The living room opens to a balcony with seating and beautiful bay views — a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. A half bath and stackable washer and dryer are also located on this level. There are two bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 is the home’s master bedroom, featuring a king bed, double vanity, and an en suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor): On this level you’ll find a morning bar with a coffee maker and beverage fridge — perfect for early risers before a beach day — along with a second washer and dryer, because we know laundry doesn’t stop on vacation! Five bedrooms are on this level, all with en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 are king suites featuring king beds and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 7 is the home’s bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk bed and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Stairs lead to the rooftop deck from this floor. Rooftop Deck: Multiple Adirondack chairs provide the perfect seats to take in the stunning views from this rooftop perch. From up here you can see Perico Island, the Anna Maria Island bridge, and all the way to Cortez — plus views of the Gulf.
