Stay in your dream villa in Seminyak’s prime location. 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large private pool, and an open living area A tropical and tranquil getaway in the bustle of Seminyak The spacious private pool is the heart of the villa, surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery in the middle of bustling Seminyak. All 5 bedrooms are situated around the pool area and offer private bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with A/C, comfortable beds, wardrobes, and large sliding glass doors toward the garden. The perfect spot for a good night’s sleep and some privacy. The common area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a TV corner, a large dining table, and a comfortable lounge area overlooking the pool. You can be sure to find your favorite spot here in no time and enjoy your holiday to the fullest! The staff is coming daily to clean the villa, and our manager will assist you with all questions and inquiries you might have during your stay. The staff can also prepare a delicious breakfast at the villa for a little surcharge, or a private chef can be hired for lunch and dinner. Please check at least 1 day in advance with the manager for options and pricing. The manager will also assist you with car/scooter rentals, restaurant visits, massages, baby beds and chairs, taxi rides, laundry service, and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him. There is only space for scooters.** The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions. **A refundable security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages, indoor smoking, missing items, unpaid additional services, or other charges incurred during your stay. *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. **We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the OTA cleaning procedure.** === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we’ll be happy to store them. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person is counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning. License number: 0207220001999
