Each of the seven bedrooms is arranged for comfort and flexibility. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, contributing to the easygoing atmosphere of this villa rental in Bali. The open plan living spaces flow toward the swimming pool, creating an inviting setting for shared meals, daytime lounging, or unwinding together in the evenings. A well equipped kitchen is available for everyday use, whether guests choose to prepare light breakfasts or enjoy meals at the villa. Daily housekeeping is provided. Breakfast can be arranged with prior notice, and private chef services are available for lunch or dinner upon request. Support is on hand throughout the stay to help with transport, dining recommendations, and other local services. The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort. *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions. **A refundable security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages, indoor smoking, missing items, unpaid additional services, or other charges incurred during your stay. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we’ll be happy to store them. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : The base rate covers up to 14 guests. The maximum capacity is 17 guests, meaning any guest from the 15th onward will be considered an extra guest. An extra guest fee of USD 25 per person per night applies for guests aged 2 years and above. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
