Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, one with a smart TV and two bedrooms with bathtubs, as well as air conditioning, and safety boxes. The main joglo area, which opens onto the spacious pool, offers plenty of space to hang out and socialize with your family & friends. A large and comfortable sofa area to relax, a high-end sound system, fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table make the perfect open living room for you to enjoy. After one day’s notice, the staff can also arrange a private chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner - fresh home cooked meals for you to enjoy in the privacy of your holiday home! The spacious pool is the heart of this beautiful villa. You can take a dip and enjoy the refreshing pool with a sunken seat area with jet streams in the pool and bask in the sun loungers to get the perfect tan! Our team will come daily to clean the villa and our villa manager will assist you with all questions and requests that might arise during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to contact him! We are looking forward to welcoming you to paradise and helping you to create perfect memories in this stunning villa in Seminyak! *Parking space is fit to scooter, car parking is not available in the villa* This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there’s no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available for your comfort *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions. **A refundable security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages, indoor smoking, missing items, unpaid additional services, or other charges incurred during your stay. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we’ll be happy to store them. - Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD48/night/person from 2 years old. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning. License number: 0220003181295
