The Sable Loft is a 2nd Floor new construction that was completed in March 2024. Everything in the apartment is brand new, and the pullout couch in the living room allows for up to 4 guests traveling together to have a great spot to relax while they explore the area. Conveniently next to downtown Ellsworth while only being 20min to the Park!

-With this being a new construction the grass has been torn up and the yard around the unit is mostly dirt at this time as grass has been planted and we are waiting for it to grow!
