With three bedrooms and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, the house is well suited to smaller families or couples looking for a quiet base away from the busier coastal areas of the island. Inside, the villa has a bright and practical layout designed for relaxed stays. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa, satellite TV and dining table, alongside a separate kitchen with an island breakfast bar and additional dining space. Upstairs, guests will find two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a shared bathroom. Outside, the villa makes the most of its peaceful setting with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a small lawn and a covered dining terrace with barbecue for long evenings outdoors. Although Casa Arbol feels secluded and private, the nearby town of Petra offers local restaurants, cafés and traditional Mallorcan character within easy reach. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and cycling, while the villa’s central location also allows guests to explore both the inland villages and the beaches of Mallorca’s east coast during their stay. Quiet country roads and walking routes make the area particularly appealing for guests looking to explore inland Mallorca, whether by foot, bike or car. The peaceful woodland setting around the villa creates a strong sense of privacy while still offering views across the surrounding countryside towards the Hermitage of Bonany. Although the villa feels secluded, Mallorca’s east coast beaches can still be reached within driving distance, allowing guests to combine countryside stays with days by the sea. The nearby town of Petra, only 4 km away, offers a more authentic side of Mallorca, with local cafés, restaurants and small shops centred around its traditional streets and squares. Visitors can spend afternoons exploring the town, enjoying long lunches or visiting the local markets and bakeries. The town of Sant Joan is also worth visiting; it’s similar to Petra but with its own singular atmosphere, and offers up a different selection of restaurants and shops to explore. Sant Joan is also only 4 km from Casa Arbol.  For something a little different, the Calderers Ethnological Museum is just 5 minutes drive away and offers an insight into Mallorca’s rural history and traditional way of life. Set within a historic country estate, the museum showcases period interiors, agricultural tools and original features that reflect the island’s farming heritage. Visiting the estate is a great way to spend an afternoon exploring a different side to Mallorca and to connect with its history and culture.
