Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six, with additional seating for four at the nearby bar. The living area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, offering comfortable seating around a gas-log fireplace and a large mounted TV. Tasteful décor, soft textures, and a curated collection of vinyl—with a record player ready for use—invite you to settle in and relax. A convenient half bath is located just off the main living space. Primary Suite — Your Private Sanctuary Just off the main living area awaits a luxurious primary suite, a peaceful haven designed for rest, comfort, and quiet mountain mornings. The suite is complete with a plush king bed and a private smart TV for unwinding after a day on the mountain. Best yet, is the intimate coffee lounge—a cozy retreat designed for slow mornings and quiet moments. With comfortable seating for two and a Keurig coffee maker at your fingertips, it’s the perfect spot to sip, unwind, read, and enjoy time alone before joining the rest of the group. The ensuite bathroom continues the spa-inspired feel, offering a beautifully tiled shower and a quartz double vanity. Lower Level — Comfort, Fun & Family-Friendly Spaces Downstairs, you’ll find a beautifully decorated queen bedroom along with a playful bunk room featuring a full-over-full cabin-themed bunk bed. The bunk room is stocked with charming books and fun touches that little ones will love. Each room includes a private TV, and a shared full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, offering a quartz vanity and a shower-tub combo. What was once the garage has been reimagined into the ultimate game room—complete with a ping-pong table, foosball, basketball shootout, and a wall-mounted retro arcade console—ensuring hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Outdoor Living — Views & Fresh Mountain Air Step outside to long-range mountain views and beautiful natural surroundings right outside the door. The deck offers outdoor dining and is an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A few steps from the home, the firepit awaits—complete with sturdy, comfortable seating for roasting marshmallows as you gather under the stars. Whether you’re hitting the slopes, hiking the trails, or simply seeking a peaceful mountain retreat, this Beechwood delivers a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in every season. Additional Notes: - Please note that the loft is not part of the rental and is not available for guests. For your safety, the ladder is kept in a completely vertical position and should not be climbed. - Firewood for the fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains REQUIRED during winter (Nov-March) for all Beech Mountain homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am. - This home is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 mature and well trained dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night, per pet plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations. CANCELLATION POLICY Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
