The Space

The Game Room

Important Notes:
- Maximum Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 6 guests. For safety, comfort, and compliance with insurance and local regulations, no more than 6 people (including children and infants) are permitted to stay on the property. Please note that violating the occupancy limit is considered a breach of the rental agreement and will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and all guests will be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- The road leading to this home is a winding gravel road and moderately steep in some places. While the home should be fully accessible in spring, summer, and fall seasons, 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter months and will be required during times of inclement winter weather. It is the guests responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
