Located in the well-connected neighbourhood of Bayswater, Bark Place III offers charming accommodation for up to seven guests. This delightful home places you close to Notting Hill and Kensington, via a pleasant stroll across leafy Kensington Gardens. With both Bayswater and Queensway underground stations just a five-minute walk away, the wider city can be explored with ease.
Shopping opportunities abound, from the boutiques and global fashion brands on Kensington High Street to the vibrant market stalls on Notting Hill’s Portobello Road, where you can find everything from vintage clothes to contemporary artwork. Cultural treats like Kensington Palace, the Serpentine Galleries, and the Royal Albert Hall are easily accessible, and for the gourmands, there are some seriously good restaurants close by, including award-winning Chinese cuisine at Min Jiang and the three Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth.
Bark Place III brims with character, offering a relaxed, family home ambience. There are three warm, inviting living rooms, set across two levels. Two boast a lovely bay window and snug seating, and the other is perfect for cosy movie nights, where you can curl up on the sumptuous sectional. Located on the first level down, the well-equipped kitchen makes a lovely spot to whip up supper, flowing into a spacious dining area with a handsome wooden dining table.
The home’s four bedrooms are also split across two levels. There are two bedrooms on the second level, as well as a bathroom with a tub and overhead shower. The first (and primary) bedroom, with a super king-size bed, is a restful haven with its soothing colour scheme and botanical prints. The fourth bedroom is just right for little ones, offering a single bed. On the third level, there is a modern, grey-tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two beautifully presented bedrooms, each with a double bed.
This idyllic London home has one final treat in store: an enchanting, private garden where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy picnics in the summer. A true home-from-home in an excellent location, Bark Place III is a rare find indeed.
Between May and September a fan will be provided in all bedrooms.

This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. Pets will be considered on request, where an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator. There are several steps up from the street to the front door of this home. One loveable dog lives in this home. They won’t be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. The building next door to this home will be undergoing a significant renovation from 14th July 2025. This is a well-loved family home and so shows some signs of wear and tear. The TV pictured in the kitchen is not in use.
