Before You Arrive We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible. *This is a dog friendly condo, allowing up to 2 dogs with no weight limit. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet. * This 2-story condo on the 2nd floor requires stairs to enter. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the 1st floor. *The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. *The pool is located behind Building #8. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Year’s Day. *All late check-outs must be pre-approved 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. *Must clean the fireplace if you use it. *Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
