Relax your cares away in this light, bright and spacious home located in the heart of Pacific Grove, just a few blocks to the bay, downtown, restaurants and parks. Walk to the Natural History Museum, Monday farmers market, library and a variety of shops and eateries. Lovers Point Beach is an easy stroll on the recreation trail that borders the bay, or head in the other direction on the trail to reach the Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row.
Pacific Nirvana has all the charm of a home built in 1910 including built-ins, tall baseboard trim and arches, paired with the conveniences of a modern kitchen and updated finishes. The unique layout of this two-level home could be perfect for multi-generational family travelers, multiple couples, or groups of friends who want to have plenty of space to gather together as well as private spaces for quiet retreat.
Living Space
Step up onto the inviting front porch and enter the 1,940 sf home. Your vacation begins here. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and comfortable furniture. Windows provide a peek of the bay which is just a few short blocks away.
The den/media room is home to a wifi-enabled Smart TV where guests can view their favorite programs (guests should bring the logins to their own streaming subscriptions).
Kitchen and Dining
The beautiful updated full kitchen has everything on hand to make memorable meals at home and the adjacent dining table is perfect for gathering for meals, chats or games. Chefs will enjoy the large window over the sink that looks out toward the bay.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs:
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a full/double bed.
The full bathroom upstairs has a bathtub with a handheld shower wand.
Downstairs:
Bedroom #4 has a twin bed.
The two full bathrooms downstairs each have a standing shower.
Optional sleeping area: Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
A washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement and are available for guest use. A mud room on the main level, near the back door, has a sink and ironing board and is a great place to fold and iron your clothes.
Off-street parking is available for two vehicles - one under the carport, one in the driveway inside the wooden gate. Street parking beside or in front of the home is typically very easy to find.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home has two exterior security cameras that are monitored regularly for security.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
