The apartment is decorated in a classic Mediterranean style. The beautiful balcony includes an outdoor dining area for wonderful meals al fresco and a seating area where guests can relax and enjoy their surroundings.
Glass doors lead from the balcony into the open-plan living area. Here, you will find an elegant dining table, a sofa, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. A breakfast bar separates the living area from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer.
The surrounding lush gardens of the property include a stylish open-air pool where guests can relax on sunbeds after a refreshing dip. There is also a tennis court for guests’ use and a children’s play area.

Location
The apartment is just a 7-minute drive from Marinella Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. Surfboards, windsurfing boards, canoes and dinghies can be rented close by, so it is an ideal choice for families looking for active fun. The nearby resort of Porto Rotondo (10 minutes) is on the southern point of the Costa Smeralda. The town is home to many excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques. It makes a glamorous evening out after a day on the beach.
Alternatively, in Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers’ markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (15 minutes). Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti.
Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. The port in Golfo Aranci (10 minutes) has a ferry service to Livorno in Tuscany.
