The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are 2 barstools for extra seating. The dining table seats 4. There are hardwood floors throughout, and there is a stack washer/dryer in the kitchen area. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a 36-inch flat screen TV (Roku only) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single sink vanity. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds, a 45-inch flat screen TV (Roku only), a computer, and a desk. This bedroom has access to the second hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. Please note: There is parking for two vehicles only. 10:00 PM Quiet Hour Strictly Enforced. There is a $100 fine for each noise violation. Complex Features: The Ranch amenities include an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness machines, a summer pool, tennis courts, and a year-round hot tub. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the condo, where Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum.
