Villa Arboria is located in a peaceful area of Zaton near Zadar, in an excellent location close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafés, and all amenities needed for a relaxing and carefree holiday. This modern and elegant villa is the perfect choice for families and friends seeking privacy, comfort, and a true Mediterranean atmosphere.
The interior of the villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. The property features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and a TV. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Guests have access to two modern bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite and includes an additional separate toilet. For families travelling with young children, a baby cot and a high chair are available. The fully equipped modern kitchen is connected to the dining area and comfortable living room, creating an ideal space for spending quality time together. The living room also offers direct access to the courtyard, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living areas.
The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment. At the centre of the courtyard is a heated 30 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, providing the perfect place to cool off during warm summer days. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor shower, a comfortable seating area, and an outdoor dining space ideal for al fresco meals. Barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the traditional stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes and enjoying memorable evenings with family and friends. Three private parking spaces are available within the property.
Villa Arboria accommodates up to 6 adults and can additionally host up to 2 children under the age of 5.
