PET-FRIENDLY: $75 fee per pet, with a portion donating to the Brown County Humane Society. Fireplaces are seasonal from October 1st - April 1st. This property is monitored by outdoor cameras for security. ALL EVENTS AND PARTIES REQUIRE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Base rate for this property is set at 2 people, each additional guest will be charged $30 per person per night.
