Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, this exceptional flat opens onto a living room bathed in natural light, enhanced by a large glass roof that gives it a unique charm and luminosity.
This spacious area features a lovely lounge with a comfortable sofa and a connected TV. It also includes a dining area, with a beautiful table ideal for six people. To ensure your comfort, this room is air-conditioned.
The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped for cooking to your heart’s content.
The Master Room includes a hotel-quality king-size bed, a connected TV and plenty of storage space. The en suite bathroom has a shower.
The other two bedrooms have Queen-Size beds, connected televisions and plenty of storage space.
The second bathroom has a lovely shower and WC.
The flat has a guest toilet for added privacy (two in total in the flat).
Please note that air conditioning is available in the living room and in one of the three bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are not.c
Admittedly, the communal areas of the building won’t win any awards for elegance, and the narrow staircase has its own little... let’s say ‘authentic’ charm. However, once you’ve walked through the door of the flat, all that fades away - the place is simply sublime, and you’ll soon forget about the rest!
