With 38 m² carefully distributed, the accommodation offers a modern, comfortable and quiet environment, something highly valued in the urban centre. It features a bedroom, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room and capacity for up to 2 people, being ideal for both holidays and a cultural or work stay.
One of its great attractions is its pleasant private patio of 10 m², a perfect space to relax after a day exploring the city.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, television with international channels, mosquito nets and a security alarm for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, mixer and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your stay. It also has a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bathroom amenities and bed linen and towels included.
The location is unbeatable: a few steps away you will find such emblematic places as Plaza de la Merced, Picasso’s Birthplace, the Picasso Museum, Cervantes Theatre, the Alcazaba or the Thyssen Museum. Additionally, La Malagueta beach is located approximately 2 km away.
The environment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, museums and cultural spaces, so you will not need to use the car during your stay. It also has excellent public transport connections (metro, bus, taxi and nearby train) that allow easy travel to places such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena or the airport.
