With public beach access directly across the street, beach days are always within easy reach, and beach chairs with an umbrella are provided for you to take along. This two-story home features wrap-around decks on multiple levels where you can enjoy the coastal breeze throughout the day. A third level deck provides a great spot to take in the sun or catch a sunset. The second floor deck includes an outdoor dining table, making it a great place to enjoy a meal outside. After returning from the beach, the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off before heading back inside. Sugar Paws is especially well suited for multiple families traveling together thanks to its two kitchens and washer and dryer on both floors. The first floor features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining area, and a stackable washer and dryer. The second floor includes another full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, breakfast bar, living room, dining area with seating for six, and the master bedroom suite with a private bathroom. A half bath is located off the living area, along with a full-size washer and dryer. Separate first and second floor entrances offer additional convenience and privacy for larger groups. With a king bed in the upstairs master suite, three queen beds, and a sofa sleeper upstairs, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, the home is also within walking distance of Café 30-A, Angelina’s, and several other restaurants and local shops. Beach Access: Head west on Sugar Sand Lane and turn left on Somerset Bridge. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access. Distance: .1 mile | Time: 2 minutes walking Village of Sugar Beach: Village of Sugar Beach is in the heart of Seagrove and just short walk across 30A to the sugar sand beaches. This community has no thru streets so there is minimal traffic making it safe for the kids. There is a community pool for the entire family to enjoy.
