We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. • Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking. • Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant’s family, or guests that occur during the tenant’s occupancy of the property.
