The condo’s open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes or exploring nearby trails. The nearby dining table provides a cozy space for sharing stories and meals, while the living room invites relaxation with its smart TV and electric fireplace. Step outside onto the private patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and flexibility. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with two bunk beds. (Sleeps 8 guests total.)
Mountain Green Resort offers an array of amenities to enhance your stay. Unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room, or stay active in the on-site gym. 2026 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Replacement of siding, windows and doors will be underway from May through December 2026. During this time, there will be scaffolding on Buildings 1 and 2, balconies and patios may be inaccessible, and construction noise is likely during the day. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work. Building 3 will not be affected by this work.

- Indoor amenities (Building 3): Pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM; fitness center open 24/7. Key cards (in condo) required for access.
- Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit (Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 AM to 10 PM). Key cards required.
- The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
- There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
- We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check-in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
- Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
- Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner’s association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation.
- The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the "taste" of well water.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
