This entire 3-bedroom home puts you close enough to the shore to make it part of your daily routine, with plenty of private space to spread out when you’re not on the sand. Sleeping arrangements Six guests can settle in comfortably across three bedrooms. One room offers a king bed for the primary couple, a second holds a queen for additional adults, and a third is set up with two twin beds — ideal for kids or extra guests rounding out the group. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating — a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender cover the basics and beyond. You’ll find cooking basics like oil and salt and pepper on hand, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses, so a home-cooked dinner or a lazy breakfast in is always an option. A dining table gives everyone a place to gather, and a barbecue grill with utensils means firing up dinner outside is just as easy. Outdoor space Step outside to a backyard with outdoor furniture and a hammock for slow afternoons in the shade. The space is fenced, giving kids room to run or adults a bit of extra privacy when unwinding after a beach day. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand simple before heading back in. Bathrooms Two full bathrooms come stocked with hot water, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer, plus a bathtub for soaking off a long beach day. Additional comforts A washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and keep beach towels in rotation, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable regardless of what’s happening outside. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to check in with work, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple. The home offers a private entrance and sits on a single level with no stairs to manage. Free parking is available on premises, with free street parking as a backup. Location Cocoa Beach is a laid-back Space Coast town built around surf culture and easy beach access. From this home, you’re close to Downtown Cocoa Beach and the Minutemen Causeway, along with local favorites like the Cocoa Beach Pier and the iconic Ron Jon Surf Shop. Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex are both within reach, and if a rocket launch happens to fall during your stay, you’re well-positioned to catch it. Whether your days are spent on the sand, exploring Space Coast history, or just relaxing in the backyard, this home makes it easy to settle into Cocoa Beach’s slower pace. Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry. Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available. Please note that the garage and backyard shed are kept locked and are not available for guest use. A car is the easiest way to explore Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and the surrounding Space Coast area. Guests can walk to nearby beach access, use ride-share services throughout the area, or use Space Coast Area Transit routes for public transportation around Cocoa Beach and Brevard County. Cocoa Beach also offers paid public parking at beach access points, parks, street ends, and the downtown parking garage. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Tissues - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) - Garbage bags - Sponges - Dish soap - Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: - Mailbox access is not available for guests - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. - Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. - Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment. - To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY - Parking is strictly limited to 4 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated. - There is a Ring Doorbell Camera located at the front of the property facing the street. - The garage and backyard shed are kept locked and are not available for guest use.
