Riverview 401 offers guests a rare opportunity to enjoy two luxury riverfront condos on Front Street, right along the beautiful Boardman River. When you reserve Riverview 401, you get exclusive access to both the Upper and Lower units — perfect for larger families, groups, or couples traveling together who want to share one property but still have their own space.
Together, these two condos feature 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests. Enjoy spectacular views of West Grand Traverse Bay from inside and from the spacious outdoor patios and rooftop terrace.
Secure, covered onsite parking is included for two vehicles.
Beginning in summer 2026, guests will also enjoy the use of two private boat slips (up to 25 feet each).
Please note: there is no onsite boat trailer parking—check with management for nearby options or local boat rental recommendations.
