Step into the main house, where the adventure begins on the first floor. Wander back to the "Magical Forest Bunk Room," a forest-inspired retreat, or choose your own adventure between the “Monster Room” or the “Hollywood Room”. Each wonderful space has direct access to the mini golf course.
Nestled at the heart of the lower level is a vibrant, technicolor lounge that serves as your official headquarters for high-definition hijinks and midnight movie marathons. This kaleidoscope of a room is perfectly positioned so you can tumble right out of any of the three surrounding bedrooms and straight into the cinematic action on the massive TV.
Follow the large custom mural of 30A up the main stairs, illustrating the hot places to go! Enter the colorful mid-century modern living area. The kitchen is a retro masterpiece with matching candy-apple red appliances, while the dining area, complete with a piano for impromptu concertos (don’t worry, Elvis is always in attendance), seats 12 for high-style feasts.
Look up to find the mezzanine that floats over the living and dining area, accessed by ladder, packed with all your favorite childhood board games, even some rare ones. Cross the glass walkover to the "Elvis" record room to spin some vintage vinyl (or connect via Bluetooth) and enjoy the private balcony. The primary suite resides here too, offering a sanctuary with a soaker tub and its own scenic balcony.
The courtyard is a kingdom of its own, anchored by a massive, dedicated arcade building. Step inside this gamer’s paradise to find vintage arcade classics such as Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Tetris, Pole Position, Street Fighter II, Outrun, Donkey Kong, House of the Dead III, and more. Challenge your friends to air hockey or foosball and take a step back in time.
The bottom level of the Carriage House is a flower-themed marvel, boasting hand-painted cabinets, a Japanese wood soaking tub for ultimate relaxation, and a twin bed in the common area. Also, in the flamingo-themed loft upstairs, a primary bedroom and two full beds are across the open-air walkway.
Nearby, the one-of-a-kind treehouse offers a nostalgic hideaway with a full and twin bed (not counted in occupancy, sleep at your own risk!), though its crowning glory is a water cannon mounted at the top, ready to soak anyone in the pool below. Grab one of the bikes or hop on the 6-seater golf cart. And go! Between the enchanted mini golf course, splash pad, large fire pit, and the bubbling hot tub, the entertainment is endless.
With a lookout tower offering Gulf views and an electric vehicle charging station in the carport for a small compact vehicle, every extravagant detail has been considered.
Tickle Me Tides is a labor of love, filled with custom murals, hand-painted cabinetry, and rare vintage finds. We invite you to play hard and laugh often, but please treat this whimsical wonderland with the same care and respect you would your own home.
