The open floor plan includes a stunning, large kitchen and eat-in dining area ideal for chefs and entertainers alike.
The living room is enhanced by a beautiful gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings watching a movie on the wifi-enabled Smart TV (guests should bring the logins to their own streaming subscriptions).
Outside
The backyard is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and is perfect for entertaining or enjoying a low-maintenance, flat, and usable space great for gatherings or relaxation.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 - A highlight of this home is the large, private primary suite with a king bed, TV (wifi-enabled Smart TV (guests should bring the logins to their own streaming subscriptions). The primary bedroom has a full en suite bathroom featuring two walk in closets, double sinks and a shower-over-tub combination, offering a serene retreat.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.
The den / optional bedroom #4 has a twin day bed with a twin pull-out twin trundle perfect for 1-2 children or a weekend guest, and its own closet.
The full hall bath has a shower-over-tub combination.
A full size side by side washer and dryer are located in a laundry room near the primary bedroom suite.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Off-street parking in the sloping driveway for 2 vehicles and parking for one vehicle in the garage. Street parking in front of the home is available on a first come first served basis but is generally easy.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager. With over 15 years of property management experience, Sanctuary strives to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home. Each home has beach towels, shower and bath amenities and spa-style robes. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you. We look forward to hosting you!
