This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
PAYMENT-CANCELLATION-DISCOUNTS
Please inquire with Property Manager about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: If applicable, reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ days.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require additional verification for the safety of our homeowners and guests. Required documentation includes:

• A full-face selfie of the primary guest holding the ID (must match the reservation name)
