Villa Tralacosta is a newly built modern home set in the heart of the Aldán Estuary, offering uninterrupted sea views and a strong connection to its coastal surroundings. Designed across a single floor, the villa’s open, minimalist interiors feel bright and laid back. With three bedrooms, including a principal suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views, the property is well suited to families or small groups. The main living space brings together a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, finished with high-quality materials and designed for both relaxation and social time, all while framing views out towards the water. Outdoor living is central to the experience at Villa Tralacosta. The heated saltwater infinity pool looks directly out to sea and is complemented by subtle nighttime lighting, extending its use into the evening. A spacious terrace runs alongside the pool, furnished with sun loungers and connected to the interior via large sliding glass doors, allowing for an easy flow between inside and out. At the back, a smaller garden space provides a more sheltered setting, complete with a barbecue area for casual meals with family or friends. Positioned within walking distance of Francón beach and close to a number of well-known spots along the Aldán Estuary, Villa Tralacosta offers convenient access to some of the area’s most celebrated coastal scenery. This part of the Rías Baixas, often referred to locally as the Galician Caribbean, is known for its clear waters and pale sand beaches, including Menduiña, Areabrava and Castiñeiras. The villa’s setting allows guests to explore these locations with ease, whether on foot or by a short drive, while returning to a quiet and well-appointed base overlooking the sea. The villa’s position places you within easy reach of several well-regarded beaches, including Francón, which can be reached on foot in around ten minutes. This stretch of coastline is characterised by a series of coves and open bays, offering a varied seaside experience within a relatively small area. The surrounding region (known as the Galician Caribbean!) is renowned for its beautiful beaches such as Menduiña, Areabrava and Castiñeiras, each offering soft sand and calm, swimmable waters. This makes the area particularly appealing for those looking to spend time by the sea, whether that’s relaxing on the beach or exploring different coastal spots throughout the stay. A short drive away, the town of Cangas is one of the main departure points for boat trips to the Cíes Islands, part of the Atlantic Islands National Park. Regular ferries run during the season, taking visitors to a protected archipelago known for its clear waters, walking trails and wide stretches of white sand.
