Ground Floor: A majestic entrance with a small seating area leads to the main living room. This level features 5 double bedrooms, each elegantly finished with an en-suite bathroom (including WC, sink, bidet and a large shower).
First Floor: Ascending the majestic staircase, you enter a spectacular living area. A second lounge leads to the spacious dining area, with a "C"-shaped table for 26 people and an open-plan kitchen with a central island, perfect for group cooking classes.
Suite: A further 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms complete the upper floor.
Outdoor Experience: Your Private Resort
The true soul of the villa is the outdoor area, directly accessible from the dining room:
Dreams Pool: An 18-metre swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers for every guest and elegant relaxation areas.
Sunset Dinner: A large L-shaped table, perfect for convivial dinners under the warm glow of the Tuscan sunset.
Total Relaxation: At the main entrance, a terrace furnished with sofas and sun loungers awaits you. In the garden, a heated Jacuzzi offers a breathtaking view of the cultivated hills.
Services: Independent entrance with parking for 6 cars, air conditioning in all rooms, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Accommodation tax: the municipal tax has been recently implemented. It will be applied from 1st April, the cost is €6 per person for those over 14 years of age and must be collected upon arrival.
