You are a short down-hill walk to the Marina that has an abundance of dining, cafes and breweries to enjoy. Guest Access: Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Interaction: We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm. Neighborhood: Situated in the prestigious Lynch Lane area, Elevated Elegance offers a private retreat while still being just moments from the best attractions and amenities the region has to offer. As the home is located right in between Queenstown and Frankton you are short drive to everything you will need! Getting Around: Bus stops are located all along Queenstown’s main road (Frankton Road) which is situated at the bottom of the hill- a quick 10 minute walk away. Other things to note: This property is located in a newly developed area, so there will be construction noise at times during the day. There is a house next door currently being built along with others in the area. We have reduced the price to reflect this and have up to date images on file if you would like for us to send them to you. The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply: No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a pleasant environment for everyone in the neighborhood.
