Pedal and Peak 113A is a 2,500 sq ft mountain home in a quiet residential pocket just outside the Town of Dillon, minutes from the marina, amphitheater, and downtown. The unit just completed a top-to-bottom renovation: all four bathrooms taken down to the studs and rebuilt with tile showers, heated floors, dual vanities, and a freestanding jetted tub in the
primary. All-new carpet throughout. Every bed, every mattress, every set of linens, every piece of furniture — all new. This is the first season were sharing it with guests.
Sleeps 8 in 8 beds across three bedrooms plus a custom-built bunk room.

Upstairs has the main great room — vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, leather sectional, and an oversized
live-edge dining table that seats the whole group. Downstairs is a dedicated second hangout with its
own TV and seating, opening into the bunk room. Kids can have their movie night downstairs while the
adults stay upstairs by the fire.

Fully renovated and fully stocked. Stainless appliances, breakfast bar seating, plus the live-edge dining
table for 10. Single serve and pot coffee maker, single serve espresso maker, toaster, full cookware,
dishes, and glassware.
