Set on a working vineyard in Cornville, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate blends resort-style amenities with sweeping 360° views of the Verde Valley. Designed for large families and groups who want space to spread out and plenty of reasons to stay outside.
Living & Dining
The great room features cathedral ceilings and walls of glass that frame the surrounding views — an easy gathering spot after a day of exploring. The kitchen is built for a crowd, with an oversized island, a separate baker’s table, double ovens, double stoves, double dishwashers, and a wine cooler. The formal dining room seats eight for evenings that call for something more polished.
Pool, Casita & Grounds
Outside, a pool and jacuzzi are shadowed by a gazebo with cushioned lounge seating. The attached casita is its own entertainment hub — multi-level theater seating, a large HD TV, an arcade game, board games, a bar, and a cooler/ice maker for poolside drinks. Beyond the pool: a working herb garden, a bocce ball court, a windmill, and a cornhole setup. The second-story patio is the spot for sunset.
Bedrooms
Primary Suite: King bed, TV, ensuite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, fireplace, and vineyard views. Laundry room adjoins.
Guest Room 2 (ADA Accessible, main floor): Queen bed, roll-in shower, widened doorways, private French-door access to the front courtyard, fountain, and vineyard.
Guest Room 3 (main floor): Queen bed, desk for remote work, French-door access to the outdoor fireplace.
Guest Room 4 (upstairs): Two full beds plus a twin bunk, direct access to the upper patio and unobstructed sunset views.
Guest Room 5 (upstairs): Queen bed, large closet, vineyard views, and a crib for younger guests.
Bonus Space
Tucked past a private upstairs balcony, a reading nook with a small library offers a quiet corner with some of the best views in the house.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- OTA money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~ Spa heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent thespa from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
