Welcome to the stunning Sea Haven 4 accommodating up to eight guests
within a secure estate. Nestled at the foot of the Hottentots Holland
Mountains and the False Bay Coast, Gordon’s Bay is a charming coastal
town described as the “Seaside Resort of the Winelands” boasting
beautiful beaches, picturesque marinas, family-focused amenities and a
peaceful atmosphere.
The downstairs section of this beautifully decorated home features a
fully equipped kitchen with ample counter side seating catering to all
your culinary needs including a dishwasher for added convenience. The
kitchen overlooks an intimate dining area with a large dining table
comfortably seating eight guests as well as a cozy lounge area with
plush seating. Leading out from the living area is a sizeable
undercover patio with outdoor furniture overlooking the ocean and
mountains. The home is situated directly on the beach and provides
direct access to a long stretch of white sandy beaches and warm, calm
water, ideal for sunbathing and swimming.
The immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms all include fresh towels and
crisp linen during your stay. Three of the four bedrooms offer comfy
double beds while the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. Waking up and
falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean is guaranteed to ensure a
peaceful nights rest. The three well-appointed bathrooms are located
upstairs and each includes a shower, toilet, and basin with two with
double basins and one with a single basin. Downstairs, guests can make
use of an additional guest bathroom.
Heading upstairs, guests will also find a common entertainment area and
a balcony boasting spectacular uninterrupted mountain and ocean views.
The estate is a very safe gated community with ample parking and on
site communal facilities, including a braai area, a swimming pool, and
a squash court. Being centrally located, guests will be within 5
minutes away from all the shops and restaurants and only a short
distance from many attractions in the town creating a unique blend of
coastal and winelands experiences.
This seaside location is absolutely breathtaking; you will not be
disappointed while enjoying a getaway to this exquisite beachside home.
