Greenhaven is a relaxed lakeside escape where everyone gets what they need. Set within a peaceful holiday home community in the Cotswolds, this four-bedroom home sleeps up to eight. With an enclosed, glass-front decking that overlooks the lake, and access to shared facilities including tennis courts and games rooms, there’s space for everyone to slow down, get active and explore before coming back for easy evenings together. Greenhaven sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including a downstairs bedroom and two en-suites, plus a separate downstairs toilet with a shower. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space makes it easy to spend time together, with everything you need for relaxed group stays. There’s a smart TV, games consoles, board games and fast Wi-Fi throughout. The dining table even converts into a pool table. Outside, you’ll have a private garden and decking with lake views, an outdoor dining area and a BBQ, ideal for easy meals and time in the fresh air. You’ll have full use of the house, the enclosed lakefront decking, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. The decking has direct access to the lake, and private parking is right outside the property. You’ll also have access to shared facilities across the estate, including tennis courts, games room, playgrounds and fishing lakes. Check in from 4PM and check out by 10AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues. A car is ideal for exploring the surrounding villages and lakes. That said, Kemble Station (direct trains from London) is just 7 miles away, and the 51 bus runs by the entrance of lake to Cirencester and Swindon. Once you arrive, walking and cycling are great ways to enjoy the peaceful landscape. The house is dog-friendly. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and high chair are provided. Paddleboard hire is available on request, and decoration services can be arranged for special occasions. Quiet hours run from 10:30PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors.
