Kelvin Heights is a gorgeous and safe area located in Tahuna/Queenstown with views of Lake Whakatipu, Kawarau River, The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and the remaining surrounding hills all the way along the main road (Peninsula Road) and adjacent streets.
At the end of the road is also the well renowned ’Queenstown Golf Club’ which sits proudly on the Kelvin Heights peninsula. This features public walkways and cycleways, lake front sculptures, local historic sites and a popular sheltered beach and boating area.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
