The property includes two separate lounges, one with external access to the patio, providing ample space to relax. Guests can also enjoy natural, plant-based hand and body care products from Real World for an added touch of luxury.

The private terrace features a large dining table for eight, a woodburner fireplace, and a hot tub to the side—perfect for hosting or unwinding. Above the house, an elevated area offers comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a lawn ideal for games.
Location:
Dive into the urban buzz with nearby attractions and activities. The Goldmine is your gateway to an indulgent blend of urban excitement and relaxation. This sun-filled home is less than a one-minute drive or 5 minute walk from the iconic gold rush centre and strolling distance to Millbrook Resort. Strike gold at the wonderful cafes and dining options nearby or book an escape at the championship golf course and neighbouring award-winning spa. The centre of Queenstown is a beautiful 20 minute drive from the home, and a 10 minute drive to Coronet Peak’s mountain entrance.
Guest Access:
Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.
Guests have full access to the house, with the exception of the apartment located above. All outdoor areas surrounding the house are also available for guest use, including the BBQ area at the front and the seating area at the back, which can be accessed via the steps.
Interaction:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

Arrowtown is charming and quirky, a delightful gold rush village nestled beside the sparkling Arrow River and below magnificent peaks. Just 20 minutes from Queenstown Airport, it’s the perfect place to stay while you’re exploring the region. Arrowtown is a thriving community that is packed with character - as well as some of the best dining and shopping in the country. You’ll be enchanted by the heritage main street and the beautiful walking and biking trails. It’s a New Zealand treasure!
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop on Manse Road which is a short walk from the property.
There is also free off-street and on-street parking available.
Other things to note:
There are tenants that live above the garage. This does not disrupt your stay however you do need to share the driveway with them, we have nominated guest parking in front of the garage, so tenants are out of your way. The garage will have an owner’s car in it, but you can still use the area for storing ski gear etc. There are two mountain bikes also for your use while you stay.
The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival.
This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
