Bathroom 2: Modern shower and amenities. Kitchen & Living Space: Cook and connect in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring everything you need for in-house meals. The open-plan lounge invites you to unwind by the wood burner, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling views of the lake and mountains. Whether it’s a morning coffee, a board game night, or watching the sunset-this is a space made for memorable moments. Guest Access: Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Interaction: We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm. Getting Around: Nestled just a 2-minute drive or a scenic 20-minute walk from Queenstown’s vibrant center, this cozy retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. This property is within walking distance of bus stops, the centre of town and a short drive to anywhere around the city. Neighborhood: Step outside to take in the alpine air and marvel at the uninterrupted views of Lake Whakatipu and the surrounding peaks. Located in a quiet residential area, you’re still only minutes from Queenstown’s restaurants, bars, shops, and adventure activities. Other things to note: Steep Steps: Access is via steep steps, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The holiday home is on the top floor. The ground floor is tenanted but access is via a separate entrance. The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival. This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply: No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a pleasant environment for everyone in the neighborhood.
