Room Configuration: Upstairs Master bedroom 1: 1x Super King bed + ensuite Bedroom 2: 1x Super King bed + ensuite (Bed can be split into 2 x single beds on request) Bedroom 3: 1x Super King bed + ensuite (Bed can be split into 2 x single beds on request) Downstairs Bedroom 4: 1x King bed Bedroom 5: 1x King bed IMPORTANT – If you would like either of the 2 Super King Split beds made into Single beds, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. House Rules and Information: Parking: off street parking space available for 3 vehicles Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
