Located in the very sought after Nga Roto Estate, you will enjoy being near to the new Countdown Supermarket, and Taupos latest and greatest indoor/outdoor entertainment centre ‘The Landing’. CatchN’Relax is only a 1 minute drive to The Landing, where you will entertainment centre for all ages "The Landing". At The Landing, you will find an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities, and places to eat & drink. There really is something for everyone - Tenpin bowling, Arcade games, Taupo-themed mini-golf, The Cave Virtual Reality Studio/Simulator Racing/Virtual Escape Rooms, Indoor Bounce Park and Children’s Playground/Ninja Course, Mavericks Restaurant & Bar, Cafe Lacus, and so much more! Bedding configuration is: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed + ensuite Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed + ensuite Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 4: 1 x set of Single bunks, and 1 x King-Single bed. Second Living area: 1x Double sofa-bed, and 1x Single sofa-bed. If you require bedding for these, you will need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. We recommend that the sofa-beds are best suited to children for comfort reasons. House Rules and Information: Parking: off street parking space available for 2 vehicles Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
