We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger. *This home is pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs, with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $400, plus tax. *Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home.
