We encourage taking walks on our property; however, please be careful not to wander into our neighbors’ backyards in the surrounding area. This is a rural desert location. A car is required to get around. Four-wheel drive is not necessary, but some roads may be unpaved and can develop ruts after rain—please drive slowly. ✹ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. ✹ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us! ✹ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling Wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program. ✹ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. ✹ CLEANING PROTOCOLS: As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us), and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.
